We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Standard shipping is free for orders over 150 Euros.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Europe. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

We accept returns of unopened seed packets within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

My seeds didn't germinate. Can I get a refund?

We guarantee that our seeds meet high germination standards. However, germination success depends on many factors like soil, water, and temperature. While we cannot guarantee germination in your specific conditions, please contact us if you have issues. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.

I received the wrong item or my order was damaged.

We're so sorry for the mistake! Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the incorrect or damaged item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Are your seeds organic or non-GMO?

What is the difference between heirloom, hybrid, and open-pollinated seeds?
